Orientation
Orientation will be conducted at our Cape Girardeau, Missouri headquarters. During your orientation you will be given a road test, explanation of the company handbook and safety policy,as well as speaking to office staff about work procedures.
Items you will need for orientation are:
1. Titles of all tractors and trailers wanting to lease on
2. Certificate of Insurance showing Integrated Wind as Certificate Holder
This can be requested from your insurance company
3. Bobtail coverage is required
4. Occupational Accident Certificate with Integrated Wind as Certificate Holder
5. Copy of current 2290, with stamp of certification, if using IWES plates
6. Annual inspection on all tractors and trailers
7. Long form physical, with signature of physician and expiration date
8. CDL and Social Security Card
9. TWIC and Passport, if you have them |
