Fuel Surcharge
IWES Fuel Surcharge Rates are based on the Weekly Retail On-Highway Diesel Prices distributed each week by the U.S. Department of Energy, www.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/wohdp/diesel.asp. IWES uses these rates along with routed miles and the weight of the shipment to formulate the IWES WEEKLY FUEL SURCHARGE.
